Sand Dune Engagement Session in Edmonton

I could not wait to shoot Horatio and Mackenzie's sand dune engagement session in Edmonton. Nothing beats shooting engagements in the fall with a couple who are head over heals in love. In my opinion, fall is the best time to shoot, whether it be a wedding, engagement or couples session. Dreamy warm light, cool temperatures, and color for days. I love how Mackenzie brought a cozy blanket along on the shoot. It was the perfect way to add some variety and extra color to their photos. Plus we used it at the end of the session when it was starting to cool off. It was the perfect excuse to get snug and cozy for a few intimate portraits at the end of the night. Here's a few highlights from our evening together.
